Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to assist passengers in and out of wheelchairs
- Must comply with TSA screening requirements
- Ability to handle physical demands of the role
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of airport operations is an advantage
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain logs accurately
Job Duties
- Provide customers with a hospitable experience while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Assist customers in and out of wheelchairs as needed
- Responsible for safely transporting passengers throughout airport locations as requested
- Provide passengers with general information or directions
- Offer exceptional customer service when interacting with passengers, staff, or general public
- Coordinate with dispatch and airport gate agents for assignments or information regarding airline passengers who require a Passenger Assistant
- Comply with all Transportation Security Administration (TSA) checkpoint screening requirements and processes
