Job Requirements

  • Pass an FBI background check for FIS clearance
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Capability to bend and twist as needed
  • Standing for the duration of the shift
  • Willingness to work outdoors and exposure to all weather conditions
  • Use hearing protection when on the ramp
  • Commitment to adhering to HSEQ policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Experience in passenger service or airport operations advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to mentor and train new employees
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
  • Basic cash handling and administrative skills

Job Duties

  • Comply with safety rules, policies and procedures set forth by ISS Facility Services, Customer Airline, Airport Authorities, and U.S. Customs
  • Meet with customer on a regular basis
  • Responsible for the preparation of the flight
  • Ensure staff meet uniform standards
  • Record flight information for billing reconciliation
  • Submit shift reports
  • Assist with operation where needed
  • Be available during audits from customer airline and internal
  • Mentor new hires through on-the-job training
  • Understand and record employee availability
  • Work directly with customer during Station Emergencies
  • Operate a jetbridge
  • Ensure aircraft doors closed and jetbridge pulled no later than 5 minutes before scheduled time of departure
  • Ensure counter set up meets customer requirements
  • Manage cash handling and recording
  • Assign duties to agents
