Job Requirements
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
- Computer skills
- Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time at the ticket counter and gate check-in areas
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen
- Flexible schedule
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Job Duties
- Assist passengers with check-ins, verification, gate information, baggage claims and other passenger issues in the airport with enthusiasm and positive attitude
- Host self-service kiosks and verify passengers' documents prior to boarding aircraft
- Interpret identification labels along with baggage and cargo routing tags
- Ensure that all work areas are organized and functional including check-in, lobby, gate, and baggage areas
- Make announcements, check baggage, and assign seats at the gate
- Adhere to Menzies Aviation uniform guidelines and codes of conduct
- Maintain high standards of safety, security, and compliance while performing duties
