Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- must be able to speak, read, and write English
- must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
- must be able to stand for long periods of time at the ticket counter and gate check-in areas
- must have authorization to work in the US
- pass a pre-employment drug test and FBI criminal background check
- required to lift and move up to 70lbs
- required valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- knowledge of computer software programs

Job Duties
- assist passengers at ticket counters to ensure proper check-in and luggage handling
- assist in the gate area by verifying passenger documents prior to boarding
- make announcements in the gate area
- check baggage and assign seats
- provide excellent customer service to passengers
- handle operational tasks ensuring compliance with airline policies
- manage boarding procedures efficiently
