Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • must be able to speak, read, and write English
  • must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
  • must be able to stand for long periods of time at the ticket counter and gate check-in areas
  • must have authorization to work in the US
  • pass a pre-employment drug test and FBI criminal background check
  • required to lift and move up to 70lbs
  • required valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • knowledge of computer software programs

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent communication skills in English
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • basic computer literacy
  • physical ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to lift and move up to 70lbs

Job Duties

  • assist passengers at ticket counters to ensure proper check-in and luggage handling
  • assist in the gate area by verifying passenger documents prior to boarding
  • make announcements in the gate area
  • check baggage and assign seats
  • provide excellent customer service to passengers
  • handle operational tasks ensuring compliance with airline policies
  • manage boarding procedures efficiently
