Job Duties
- assist passengers with check-in, security, boarding, and disembarking
- provide general guidance and information about airport facilities
- assist passengers with mobility issues including wheelchair services
- ensure timely transit to gates or connecting flights
- address passenger inquiries and concerns with empathy
- help with luggage handling and transportation within the airport
- coordinate with team members to maintain a smooth passenger flow
