Job Duties

  • assist passengers with check-in, security, boarding, and disembarking
  • provide general guidance and information about airport facilities
  • assist passengers with mobility issues including wheelchair services
  • ensure timely transit to gates or connecting flights
  • address passenger inquiries and concerns with empathy
  • help with luggage handling and transportation within the airport
  • coordinate with team members to maintain a smooth passenger flow
