Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- bilingual in English and Spanish
- prior customer service or airport experience preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- good problem-solving abilities

- ability to follow written and oral instructions
- willingness to adhere to uniform and conduct guidelines

Job Duties
- Assist passengers with check-ins, verification, gate information, baggage claims and any other passenger issues in the airport
- host self-service kiosks and verify passengers' documents prior to boarding aircraft
- interpret identification labels along with baggage and cargo routing
- ensure that all work areas are organized and functional (check-in, lobby, gate, baggage)
- make announcements, check baggage, and assign seats in the gate area
- provide courteous and efficient customer service maintaining a positive attitude
- adhere to Menzies Aviation uniform guidelines and codes of conduct
