Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • possess US citizenship or US permanent resident status to obtain US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) seal
  • maintain confidentiality of information
  • tactful in dealing with employees and client representatives
  • ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 70 pounds
  • able to work flexible shifts including early mornings, afternoons, and late evenings

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including verbal communication
  • ability to read, write, and understand instructions in both languages
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • experience in customer service preferred

Job Duties

  • Meet and greet passengers
  • perform ticketing duties and manage gate and jet bridge functions
  • maintain professionalism and alertness at all times
  • ensure compliance with QAS and customer safety standards
  • support on-time operation of flights loaded or unloaded by Quantem
  • handle passenger inquiries and provide connecting flight information
  • manage difficult passenger situations and complaints
