Job Duties
- assist passengers with check-ins, verification, gate information, baggage claims and any other passenger issues in the airport
- host self-service kiosks and verify passengers' documents prior to boarding aircraft
- interpret identification labels along with baggage and cargo routing
- ensure that all work areas are organized and functional (check-in, lobby, gate, baggage)
- make announcements in the gate area
- check baggage
- assign seats
