Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience necessary
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a working telephone number for contact
- Must have reliable telephone and transportation
- Must be able to stand and walk in terminal areas throughout the shift
- Must be able to push, pull and lift 50 to 70 pounds
- Must be able to carry oversized bags 100 to 125 yards
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests
- Must complete a criminal background check
- Must meet requirements to obtain a security sensitive identification badge
- Must be a citizen of the United States or have necessary authorization
- Treat all information as confidential
- Possess tact to deal with all levels of situations, client representatives, employees and the public
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in verbal and written communication
- Must be able to read, write, understand and carry out instructions in English.

Job Duties
- Greet passengers, clients and airline personnel in a courteous and professional manner
- Read and understand letters and numbers to accurately pre-screen passenger tickets and determine city destination and gate locations for international and domestic flights
- Provide general information to passengers, including directions and flight details
- Offer special services such as courtesy chairs and bag carts as needed
- Direct large pieces of luggage, pets, and other oversized checked articles to the appropriate oversize areas
- Summon security supervisors and refer difficult or uncooperative passengers to security personnel
- Keep supervisors informed about needs and problems in assigned areas, maintain cleanliness of the work area, and report maintenance requirements
- Project a positive image and respond courteously to inquiries from clients, staff, and the public
- Attend required meetings and in-service training sessions
- Utilize appropriate communication channels and maintain records, reports, and files as necessary
- Ensure proper uniform or business attire is worn as directed by company officials
- Always keep identification badges visible
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and actively participate in achieving company objectives
- Use company and client equipment, supplies, and resources in a conscientious and cost-effective manner
- Perform other duties as assigned.
