Job Requirements

  • Must possess high school diploma or equivalent credential
  • Some college preferred
  • Must be available to work various hours and days
  • Requires thorough knowledge of fares and schedules
  • Ability to handle large sums of money and balance ticket stock with revenue
  • Must pass and qualify on skills test for all roles within 30 days
  • Employment contingent upon passing pre-employment drug and alcohol screen
  • Must pass a physical examination
  • Must receive a favorable background check

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent credential
  • Some college preferred
  • Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to annunciate clearly
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office and Excel preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist customers with fare purchases and provide information
  • Sell various types of tickets accurately and account for daily sales
  • Receive, verify, and record cash remittances from on-board sales
  • Manage ticket stock inventory and reconcile ticket sales with cash receipts
  • Maintain and balance station bank funds
  • Train and onboard new employees
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
