Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must communicate effectively in English including reading, writing and speaking
- Physical ability to assist passengers, including pushing wheelchairs and handling luggage
- Must be familiar with airport operations and procedures
- Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically including use of electronic devices such as tablets, computers, and mobile devices
- Must effectively communicate with colleagues and clients both in-person and through electronic means
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Must be eligible to acquire needed credentials and clearances such as FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs, U.S. Postal as applicable
- Must be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Provide assistance to passengers throughout the airport including check-in, boarding, and arrival areas
- Assist passengers with mobility issues including use of wheelchairs and other aids
- Accommodate passengers with special needs ensuring a comfortable and safe experience
- Guide passengers through security checkpoints and customs areas
- Offer information and directions regarding airport facilities, gates, and services
- Facilitate the boarding process by helping passengers onto and off the aircraft
- Exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
