Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Exhibit problem-solving abilities, adaptability, safety awareness, good judgement, and willingness to learn
- Possess good communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with coworkers and program participants, especially children
- First Aid/CPR certification within 90 days (District provided)

Job Duties
- Prepare party room for events including set-ups and take-downs
- Lead pre-planned birthday party activities for children based on selected themes
- Assist clients with loading and unloading event materials
- Perform general custodial duties including managing spills and restocking restrooms
- Interact effectively and professionally with clients, children, and coworkers
- Ensure clients arrive and leave at scheduled times and maintain accurate attendance
- Follow and implement Park District safety policies
