Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in event coordination or customer service
- ability to instruct and engage participants in craft activities
- capability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and early mornings
- ability to maintain safety and cleanliness standards
- commitment to company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children's birthday parties and craft classes
- engage with clients of all ages by creating a fun and creative environment
- demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects and face painting
- facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons to company standards
- communicate events with clients and store team members
- handle administrative tasks including answering emails, making phone calls, and completing paperwork
- adjust plans based on client feedback and create backup or emergency plans
- ensure client satisfaction and uphold cleanliness and safety standards before and after events
- help customers shop and locate products
- provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
- educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
- assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes
- participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
- complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
- perform Store in Stock Optimization and AD set duties
- support shrink and safety programs
- adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
- interact respectfully and positively with others
- cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production
- maintain daily store cleanliness including sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and restroom maintenance
