Job Requirements
- Must be at least fifteen (15) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation policies consistently
Job Qualifications
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills to handle cash transactions
- Willingness to learn all aspects of restaurant operations
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Prior customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Interact with customers by receiving orders, process payment, respond appropriately to customer issues
- Prepare products as ordered by customers
- Maintain clean and safe work environment with uncompromising standards
- Unload and stock supplies as needed
- Operate cash register or point of sale terminal as required
- Set up tables and party areas for events
- Attend to guests and ensure a fun experience for birthday children and party attendees
