Job Duties
- Interact with customers by receiving orders, processing payments, and responding to customer issues
- prepare products as ordered by customers
- maintain clean and safe work environment to uncompromising standards
- unload and stock inventory as required
- operate cash register or point of sale terminal as needed
- set up party areas and assist with hosting events
- ensure birthday children and guests have an enjoyable experience
