Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in event planning or hosting preferred
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting
- Willingness to obtain certifications as required
- Ability to work in potentially loud environments

- Experience planning and hosting parties or events preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service

Job Duties
- Plan and host exciting parties and events
- Deliver attentive, friendly service to ensure every guest feels welcome
- Represent the YMCA mission and values in everything you do
- Attend meetings, training, and obtain certifications as needed
- Maintain an energetic and positive attitude during events
- Assist with setup and cleanup of party venues
- Ensure safety and well-being of guests during events
