Job Requirements

- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0 to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shifts
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers

Job Duties
- Prepare the party area by setting up tables
- Take orders and assist guests during their party experience
- Ensure the birthday child and guests have a fun and memorable celebration
- Clean and reset party areas after events
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment throughout the venue
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
