Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
- Willingness to work in an environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises
Job Qualifications

- Ability to work various shifts
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles preferred but not required
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Prepare party area by setting up tables
- Take orders and attend to guests
- Ensure the birthday child has a memorable party
- Interact with guests to provide excellent customer service
- Assist with cleaning and resetting the party area after events
- Promote safety standards and company policies during events
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest experience
