Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts
- able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- capable of standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and squatting during scheduled shifts
- able to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
- pass a background check
- willing to comply with health and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Prepare the party area by setting up tables and decorations
- take orders from guests and attend to their needs during events
- ensure the birthday child has an enjoyable and memorable experience
- maintain cleanliness and organization of party spaces
- assist with conflict resolution and guest service issues
- support cross-training in various positions as needed
- adhere to health and safety standards at all times
