Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- be available to work various shifts
- have excellent customer service skills
- possess an energetic and enthusiastic personality
- be capable of lifting or carrying objects up to 50 pounds
- be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shifts
- handle job-related stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
- comply with health and safety standards
- willingness to learn and follow operational procedures
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 15 years of age

- previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare party area by setting up tables and decorations
- take orders from guests efficiently and accurately
- attend to guests ensuring their needs are met
- create a fun and engaging environment for birthday children and guests
- assist with cleaning and resetting party spaces between events
- communicate effectively with team members and guests to facilitate smooth operations
- ensure adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines during all events
