Job Requirements

Be at least 15 years of age
Available to work various shifts
Excellent customer service skills
Energetic and enthusiastic personality
Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others including guests and co-workers

Job Duties

Prepare the party area by setting up tables
Take customer orders and attend to guests during events
Ensure the birthday child has an enjoyable and memorable experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the party space
Assist in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
Follow safety and sanitation policies during all activities
Support team members with cross-training and collaborative tasks
