Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shifts
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
- Willingness to comply with health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Prepare the party area by setting up tables and decorations
- Take orders and attend to guests during parties
- Ensure the birthday child has an enjoyable and memorable celebration
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the party space
- Engage with children and families to enhance the party experience
- Handle cash and process transactions for memberships and Fun Pass sales
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines during events
