Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shifts
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
- Willingness to comply with health and sanitation standards
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

- Ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare the party area by setting up tables and decorations
- Take orders from guests and attend to their needs during parties
- Ensure the birthday child has an enjoyable and memorable experience
- Coordinate with team members to manage party schedules efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the party and dining areas
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service
- Assist with event setup and breakdown
