Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- able to lift or carry objects up to 50 pounds
- capable of standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking and squatting during shift
- able to handle job stress and interact well with guests and coworkers
- comply with health and safety policies
- maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality advantageous
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for handling orders and transactions
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare party areas by setting up tables
- take food and drink orders
- attend to guests to ensure a positive experience
- manage birthday celebrations to keep guests engaged
- maintain cleanliness and organization of party spaces
- promote safety and adhere to health standards
- collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service
