Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shifts
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrate energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Comfortable working in an environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare the party area by setting up tables
- Take orders and attend to guests during the party
- Ensure the birthday child and guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and order in the party area
- Handle customer interactions with enthusiasm and excellent service
- Support cross-training by learning various positions within the venue
- Follow health and safety protocols consistently
