Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shift
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Exhibit an energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Prepare the party area by setting up tables and decorations
- Greet and attend to guests to ensure a positive experience
- Take food and drink orders accurately during parties
- Facilitate activities to keep guests entertained and engaged
- Ensure the birthday child has a memorable and fun celebration
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the party space
- Promote sales of memberships and Fun Passes to guests
