Job Requirements

- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others, including guests and coworkers

Job Duties
- Prepare party area by setting up tables and decorations
- Take orders and attend to guests during parties
- Ensure the birthday child and guests have a fun and memorable experience
- Assist with cleaning and resetting party areas after events
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
- Handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
