Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- capable of standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and squatting during shifts
- maintain excellent customer service skills
- able to work in a noisy environment with flashing lights and moving mechanical parts
- pass background check in compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- able to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
- willing to adhere to health and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience is an asset
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- basic math skills for handling orders and payments
Job Duties
- Prepare the party area by setting up tables and decorations
- take and process orders from guests
- attend to guests ensuring their needs are met
- engage with the birthday child and guests to create a positive experience
- maintain cleanliness and safety of the party area
- assist in coordinating party activities and entertainment
- manage guest interactions with enthusiasm and professionalism
