Job Duties
- prepare the party area by setting up tables and decorations
- take and process food and beverage orders accurately
- attend to guest needs and provide exceptional customer service
- ensure the birthday child and guests have a memorable and fun experience
- manage event logistics to ensure smooth party progression
- maintain cleanliness and organization of party spaces
- assist in cross-training to perform various roles within the venue
