Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- capable of standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing/pulling, walking, and squatting during shifts
- meet health and safety requirements
- able to work in an environment with loud noises and flashing lights
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to work in a fast-paced, interactive environment
- ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
- great communication and teamwork skills
- prior experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare party areas by setting up tables and decorations
- attend to guests and ensure excellent customer service
- take and process orders accurately
- create a fun and engaging atmosphere for children and families
- assist in the coordination and flow of birthday events
- maintain cleanliness and organization during and after parties
- support team members to deliver a seamless party experience
