Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- physical ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, and walk during scheduled shifts
- able to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
- willing to work in an environment with flashing lights and loud noises
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience beneficial but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- capable of standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching during shifts
Job Duties
- Prepare the party area by setting up tables
- take orders and attend to guests
- ensure the birthday child has a fun and memorable experience
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the party space
- collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- handle guest inquiries and requests promptly
- assist in managing party schedules and transitions
