Job Requirements

be at least 16 years of age
available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
excellent customer service skills
energetic and enthusiastic personality
physically able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shifts
capable of handling job stress and interacting effectively with guests and coworkers
willing to work in an environment with loud noises and flashing lights

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in customer service or hospitality helpful
ability to work well in a team environment
strong communication and interpersonal skills
energetic and enthusiastic personality
ability to multitask and handle fast-paced work
basic math skills for handling payments

Job Duties

prepare the party area by setting up tables and decorations
take food and beverage orders from guests
attend to guests to ensure a positive experience
engage with children to make the birthday party fun and memorable
maintain cleanliness and organization of the party space
promote safety and comply with health standards during parties
assist with handling payments and party package details
