Job Requirements

Be at least 15 years of age
available to work various shifts
excellent customer service skills
energetic and enthusiastic personality
ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shifts
ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers

Job Qualifications

Be at least 15 years of age
possess excellent customer service skills
demonstrate an energetic and enthusiastic personality
ability to work various shifts
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

Prepare the party area by setting up tables and decorations
take orders and manage party activities
attend to guests’ needs promptly and courteously
ensure the birthday child and guests have an enjoyable experience
maintain cleanliness and safety standards in party areas
assist with managing time and flow of the party
support team members in providing excellent customer service
