Job Requirements

Be at least 15 years of age
available to work various shifts
excellent customer service skills
energetic and enthusiastic personality
ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shift
able to handle job stress and interact effectively with others

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous customer service experience beneficial
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
energetic and enthusiastic personality
ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain physically active during shifts

Job Duties

Prepare party area by setting up tables and decorations
take orders and serve guests during parties
attend to guests ensuring excellent customer service
engage with the birthday child to make their event special
maintain cleanliness and organization of party spaces
assist with managing party schedules and transitions
promote safety and positive guest interactions
