Job Requirements
- be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shift
- ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for handling orders and payments
Job Duties
- prepare the party area by setting up tables and decorations
- take orders from guests and ensure timely delivery
- attend to guests' needs and provide excellent customer service
- ensure that the birthday child and party guests have a fun and memorable experience
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the party and dining areas
- assist with event coordination and crowd management
- follow safety and sanitation standards
