Job Requirements

Be at least 15 years of age
available to work various shifts
energetic and enthusiastic personality
excellent customer service skills
must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shift
ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
willing to work in an environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises

Job Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills
energetic and enthusiastic personality
ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
familiarity with food service and hospitality environments beneficial
capable of working flexible schedules
willingness to learn and take on multiple responsibilities

Job Duties

Prepare party area by setting up tables
take orders and attend to guests
ensure the birthday child has a memorable experience
maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces
assist in operating entertainment equipment
support teamwork by cross-training in various store roles
provide excellent customer service
