Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
- Comfortable working in an environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
Job Duties
- Prepare the party area by setting up tables
- Take orders from guests
- Attend to guests throughout the event
- Ensure the birthday child has a fun and memorable experience
- Coordinate party activities and manage the flow of the event
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the party area
- Assist with any special requests or needs during the event
