Job Requirements

be at least 15 years of age
available to work various shifts
excellent customer service skills
energetic and enthusiastic personality
able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shifts
ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
work environment includes flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises

Job Qualifications

be at least 15 years of age
possess excellent customer service skills
have an energetic and enthusiastic personality
ability to work various shifts
previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus but not required
able to communicate effectively with diverse groups
willing to learn and be trained in multiple positions

Job Duties

prepare the party area by setting up tables
take orders and attend to guests during parties
ensure the birthday child has a memorable and fun experience
provide excellent customer service to all guests
manage party flow and timing efficiently
assist with party clean-up after events
support team members in delivering exceptional service
