Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shift
- Successfully pass a background check
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrate an energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work various shifts
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Capable of standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing/pulling, walking, and squatting during shift
Job Duties
- Prepare the party area by setting up tables
- Take orders and attend to guests
- Ensure the birthday child has a memorable and fun experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization during the event
- Assist with guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Support other team members as needed
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards
