Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years of age
available to work various shifts
ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during a shift
able to handle job stress and interact with others effectively
willingness to work in an environment with flashing lights, moving parts, and loud noises

Excellent customer service skills
energetic and enthusiastic personality
ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
strong communication skills
ability to work flexible shifts
previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus

Job Duties

Prepare the party area by setting up tables and decorations
take orders from guests and ensure accuracy
attend to guests throughout their event to meet their needs
ensure the birthday child has an enjoyable and memorable experience
clean and reset party areas after events
assist with general customer service duties
promote safety and cleanliness during events
