Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years of age
Available to work various shifts
Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shifts
Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
Willingness to work in an environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises

Job Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills
Energetic and enthusiastic personality
Ability to work various shifts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
Ability to carry out multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Prepare the party area by setting up tables
Take orders from guests
Attend to guests during the party
Ensure the birthday child has a memorable experience
Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment
Interact with children and families in a positive and enthusiastic manner
Handle job stress and work effectively with team members
