Job Requirements

Be at least 15 years of age
Available to work various shifts
Excellent customer service skills
Energetic and enthusiastic personality
Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift
Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
Must successfully complete a background check

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Energetic and enthusiastic personality
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical activities such as standing, bending, kneeling, and walking during shifts
Availability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

Prepare the party area by setting up tables
Take orders and attend to guests during parties
Ensure the birthday child and guests have an enjoyable experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the party space
Assist with party logistics and timing
Engage with children and families in a friendly and energetic manner
Support the team in cross-functional tasks as needed
