Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk and squat during shifts
- Must be able to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for order processing
Job Duties
- Prepare the party area by setting up tables and decorations
- Take orders and attend to guests during parties
- Ensure the birthday child and attendees have an enjoyable experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues during events
- Follow health and safety protocols during all party activities
