Job Requirements

Be at least 15 years of age
available to work various shifts
excellent customer service skills
energetic and enthusiastic personality
able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shift
able to handle job stress and interact effectively with others

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
excellent customer service skills
energetic and enthusiastic personality
ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

Prepare party area by setting up tables
take customer orders and attend to guest needs
ensure birthday child has an exceptional experience
maintain cleanliness and organization of party space
assist with coordinating party activities and entertainment
provide excellent customer service throughout the event
support team members with cross-training and additional tasks
