Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Capability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during the scheduled shift
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
- Must pass a background check in accordance with company policies
- Commitment to adhere to health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus but not required
- Ability to work well under pressure in a high-energy environment
Job Duties
- Prepare the party area by setting up tables and decorations
- Take and manage guest orders efficiently
- Attend to guests ensuring excellent customer service
- Engage with the birthday child to ensure they have a memorable experience
- Coordinate with team members to maintain smooth event flow
- Monitor the party area to keep it clean and safe
- Assist with post-party cleanup and reset for next event
