Job Requirements

Be at least 15 years of age
Available to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Capable of lifting or carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shift
Ability to handle job stress and interact well with diverse guests and team members
Comfortable working in loud, flashing, and busy entertainment environments
Must comply with all health and safety guidelines

Job Qualifications

Be at least 15 years of age
Possess excellent customer service skills
Demonstrate energetic and enthusiastic personality
Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Ability to interact effectively with guests and co-workers
Comfortable with physical activity including lifting and moving
Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required

Job Duties

Prepare the party area by setting up tables and decorations
Take orders from guests and manage party logistics
Attend to guests’ needs to ensure a memorable experience
Engage with children and birthday celebrations enthusiastically
Maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the event
Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
