Job Requirements

Be at least 15 years of age
available to work various shifts
excellent customer service skills
energetic and enthusiastic personality
ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk and squat during shifts
ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
energetic and enthusiastic personality
basic math skills to handle orders and payments

Job Duties

Prepare the party area by setting up tables
take orders and attend to guests
ensure the birthday child has an enjoyable experience
assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment
handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service
support team members in various tasks as needed
manage party timelines to ensure smooth event flow
