Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years or older
- able to work flexible hours including weekends
- able to develop strong interpersonal skills
- reliable and punctual
- enthusiastic and energetic attitude
- capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 16 years or older
- prior work experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not required
- great personality and people-oriented
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
- ability to work two out of three weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Job Duties
- greet party guests with a smile and be the first face they see
- execute parties with perfection including setting up the room and helping parents and guests
- manage party timing effectively including energizing the crowd and coordinating food and cake
- prepare the party room promptly for the next group of guests
- rotate through various park positions to keep the job engaging and diverse
- maintain a fun, safe, and positive atmosphere throughout party events
