Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Willingness to participate in physical activities such as arcade games and axe throwing
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment

- Previous experience in customer service or entertainment is a plus

Job Duties
- Provide a one-of-a-kind experiences for Cinergy’s guests by keeping our parties and events fun, organized and on track with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Greet guests and guide them through activities based on their preferences
- Ensure safety and cleanliness in the center
- Socialize with guests and fellow team members to accomplish goals set for the day
- Play arcade games, laser tag, and throw axes
- Assist in setup and breakdown of party events
- Monitor guest behavior and address any issues promptly
