Job Description

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Clear background check
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to follow safety rules and emergency procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or child care preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in emergency situations
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
Job Duties
- Ensures that each child entering the play areas is wearing socks
- Ensures that each person entering the play areas has a waiver signed
- Ensures the safest environment possible in our play areas
- Interacts with the party throughout the event
- Implements any and all procedures during an emergency
- Oversees, guides, and communicates with the Party Host about all play areas and related activities
- Checks and cleans all play areas and all equipment
- Prepares the party room for each party including but not limited to: prepare a place setting for each guest, arranges pizza, cuts and serves cake, arrange presents and balloons and all other decorations according to host
- Maintains flow and order in party room. Makes sure host is relaxed and satisfied
- Reports all guest service issues to the shift supervisor
- Performs other duties as needed
